There are many ways in which we can help you to plan your wedding. You may want help little and often, lots of help in one go or you may us to help you throughout the whole experience. Whatever you need we can work with you to find a solution.

There are a number of ways you can kick start your wedding planning. As well as full planning we offer the following planning options:
Dolly Daydream
Have you made a start with planning your wedding but now find yourself a little overwhelmed about how much you have taken on and what needs to be done?
We can help by talking through your plans, reviewing them to find out what you may have missed, help you to identify and resolve any potential problems and make sure you are making the most of your budget. Working together we can pool all your ideas and create a detailed and timed action plan that you can follow for the duration of your planning, as well as a wedding day timeline, so you can work out in advance who will be responsible for what duties.
You are free to ask as many questions as you need and use our knowledge and expertise. After the session you will feel confident to continue with your wedding plans and will have saved yourself hours of time and worry!

Location, Location, Location
You’ve decided on a date for the wedding and feel happy with your budget and wedding plan but you just don’t have the time to research and spend hours trekking around to check out each venue.
Let The Wedding Dolls do all the hard work. We will ask you enough questions to know what type of venue you are looking for and then we will come up with at least three venues (maximum five) that match your brief perfectly and that are available on your chosen date. We will make appointments for you to view your chosen venues and give you a list of questions to ask. All you have to do is turn up on the day.

Dolly On the Day
You’ve done all of the wedding planning but just need someone you can rely on to make sure it runs as you’ve planned. We will meet with you prior to your wedding day to discuss your plans in detail, provide a plan for the days arrangements and contact suppliers. On the day we will co-ordinate timings, help get everything ready, manage your list of jobs and oversee suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly. This leaves you and your wedding party to relax and enjoy the day.

Dolly Drama but Calmer
Are you short on time to plan your wedding or have made a start but now are worrying about how to bring everything together? Or do you just need some help to make final decisions, find suppliers and organise the details?
We can give you practical advice, which is sometimes what you are looking for when there are so many opinions or ideas coming at you! You might be confused and this is holding you back from getting things done.
Working with us will help you make clear decisions and be totally happy with the plans you have. We can set you clear tasks to follow with achievable and logical timelines and give you a personalised wedding “style guide” so you can visualise your wedding, giving you bundles of confidence in your choices. The service offered will depend on your specific requirements and how long there is to your wedding day. However it will typically involve assessing where you are with your plans and creating an action plan of what else needs to be done. This can include sourcing any suppliers, dealing with the admin, budget tracking and being there on the day to ensure all runs smoothly. (See Dolly on the Day for what’s included).

The Dolly Hour
Spent lots of time on the internet looking for inspiration and writing lists but still have no idea what to choose? You’re not alone. One of the hardest parts of planning a wedding is actually making decisions and then getting those jobs done on your ever growing list!
Spending an hour or two here and there with us will keep you on track and help you stay focused and also give you a sounding board for your ideas and plans. Dolly Hours are the perfect solution for the bride that wants to plan her own wedding from start to finish but just needs a little help along the way. You can use our time where you think it would be most effective or when you get stuck and just need some help. Meeting up with us every few months can give you a real boost and the confidence to continue with your plans whilst enjoying every minute.
Dolly Hours are fantastic if you want to have the safety net of a professional co-ordinator on hand throughout the wedding planning process. It’s the perfect way to pay as you go!

Wedding Planning Workshops
Just Engaged? How about attending one of our wedding planning workshops which gives you a fantastic overview of how best to start planning your wedding in Kent, including insider hints and tips and lots of local knowledge. You’ll attend with a small group of other Brides (and you can bring a friend!) so you can share experiences whilst you learn.
